Since 2021, Creative Art Partners (CAP) has been the proud art partner for the Four Seasons Residences Los Angeles. Beginning from our initial engagement curating the Sales Suite art program through to the active rotating Lobby and Amenity art program and Resident Art Concierge program, CAP has provided an end-to-end, full scope art solution for the entire project's art needs.

CAP's first engagement with the project was a curated art program for the pre-construction Sales Suite. This functioned as the first art introduction to prospective buyers, and emphasized the importance of CAP's elevated art standard and integration as the art partner for the overall project.
CAP provided a collection of curated art collections for the Model Residences in collaboration with interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard. The elevated art program helped establish a lasting first impression for prospective buyers, as well as communicating an aspirational way to live in the residences.
Part of the annually rotating Resident art program, CAP curates a lively and dynamic amenity art program. The collection reflects the spirited design and function of these world-class amenity spaces
The ultimate first impression, CAP provides an annually rotating selection of artworks throughout the lobby and entrance area. Each rotation is a celebrated moment among Residents, and the art selection process is done in close collaboration with the Four Seasons Resident Director and Management team. With each rotation, CAP provides updated information about the artworks to all Residents, as well as an event celebrating the artists.
As a fully integrated amenity for all Residents, the RCAP program is CAP's off the wall suite of services, which makes available to all Residents the ability to purchase or rent art directly from CAP. CAP also hosts art talks, Resident events, and helps provide Residents an introduction to the art world in Los Angeles.
CAP has worked with Residents as they plan to move into their new home by providing flexible art rental or purchase services to help them make their new space uniquely their own.
