Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE 17 AUGUST 2026
This policy explains what personal information Creative Art Partners collects through creativeartpartners.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We do not sell your personal information. We do run advertising and measurement cookies and tags on this site; the Advertising and analytics section below sets out which, and how to switch them off.
Who we are
Creative Art Partners (“CAP”, “we”, “us”) provides art rental, art sales and curated art programs. Our principal office is 6542 Hayes Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90048, and we also keep an office at 205 Hudson Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10013. We are the controller of the personal information described here. For any privacy question, write to hello@creativeartpartners.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit an email address through a form on this site — a newsletter sign-up or a division enquiry — we receive that address. We also record, with the submission, the IP address it came from, the page you submitted from and any advertising click identifier carried by your visit, so that we can tell where an enquiry originated and protect our forms from automated and abusive submissions. If you contact us directly, or a project moves forward, we may also receive your name, employer, role, phone number, project address and whatever else you choose to tell us. You decide what to send; nothing beyond an email address is required to hear from us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our providers receive technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view and the approximate region you are in. Our hosting platform, Webflow, also records request logs needed to serve the site and protect it from abusive traffic. Our analytics provider gives us aggregate readership figures. Our Cookie Policy sets out the cookies involved and how to turn them off.
What we do not collect here
This website does not take payments, so we do not collect card or bank details through it. We do not ask for government identifiers, and we do not knowingly collect biometric, health or precise geolocation data.
How we use it
We use personal information to reply to enquiries, send the newsletter you asked for, prepare and deliver art programs, keep records of the work we do for clients, understand which pages and divisions readers care about, and keep the site secure and working. We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal effects. We do use advertising technologies that group visitors into audiences for advertising purposes, described under Advertising and analytics below.
Our legal bases, for EU and UK visitors
Where the GDPR applies we rely on: your consent, for the newsletter and for non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time; the performance of a contract, where we are delivering an art program to you or your employer; and our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our own website and responding to people who contact us. Where we rely on legitimate interests you can object, and we will stop unless we have a compelling reason not to.
Advertising and analytics
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, deployed through Google Tag Manager. Google processes this data on our behalf. Google's own description of how it handles data from sites using its services is published at google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
Google Ads measurement and remarketing. We use Google Ads to measure which advertisements lead to enquiries, and a remarketing tag that allows us to show advertisements to people who have previously visited this site, on Google Search and on other sites in Google's networks. These lists contain identifiers, not names or email addresses.
Enhanced conversions. When you submit an enquiry form, an irreversibly scrambled (hashed) version of your email address is transmitted to Google, so that Google can match your enquiry to an advertisement you clicked. Google does not receive a readable email address from us by this route, and may use it only to measure our advertising.
Google Advertising Features. We have enabled, or intend to enable, Google's Advertising Features. Where you are signed in to Google and have consented to ads personalisation in your Google account settings, Google may associate your visit to this site with your Google account, and uses that association to help us measure our advertising and build advertising audiences. We also receive aggregated, non-identifying estimates of the age ranges, genders and interest categories of our visitors as a group. We do not receive that information about you individually.
Customer Match. We may upload a hashed version of email addresses from our own customer records to Google, so that Google can show or suppress advertising to those customers where they are also Google account holders. Addresses are hashed before they leave our systems, and Google may use the list only to serve our advertising.
On-site personalisation and testing. Our website platform, Webflow, provides tools that vary which content is shown on our pages and measure which variations lead to more enquiries. These record pages viewed and interactions on this site for that purpose.
How to opt out. You can turn off Google ads personalisation for your Google account at myadcenter.google.com. You can block Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can opt out of interest-based advertising across many companies at once at optout.aboutads.info or youradchoices.com. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but our measurement will be incomplete.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract: Webflow, which hosts the site, receives form submissions and provides the content-testing tools we use; Zapier, which routes an enquiry from the website to our email and internal systems; Microsoft 365 and Outlook, which send and store our correspondence with you; monday.com, our internal record of enquiries and newsletter subscribers; and Google, for analytics, advertising measurement and advertising audiences. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a successor if our business is reorganised or acquired. Pages that embed third-party content, such as a video or a social post, may pass information to that platform when the embed loads; that platform’s own policy governs it.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell personal information. We do use the advertising technologies described under Advertising and analytics above: a Google Ads remarketing tag, Google's Advertising Features, and Customer Match. Under California law, uses of this kind may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, whether or not any money changes hands. You can opt out at any time using the controls under How to opt out above, or by emailing hello@creativeartpartners.com, and we will apply your request to the records we hold.
How long we keep it
We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Enquiries that do not become client relationships are kept for three years from our last contact with you. Client records are kept for seven years after the relationship ends, which matches how long we keep the related contractual and accounting records. Website analytics are retained for fourteen months. Advertising click identifiers, and the IP address recorded with a form submission, are kept for ninety days — the period over which they are useful for attribution and for investigating abuse — after which they are removed from the record. When information is no longer needed we delete it or keep it only in aggregate form.
Your rights, and how to use them
Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, to take it elsewhere in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of them, email hello@creativeartpartners.com with the request and the email address or other details we would need to find your records. We will confirm receipt and respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need longer. We may need to verify your identity first, and we can only act on requests from you or from an authorised agent. Every newsletter also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
California
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights described above, including the right to know the categories of personal information we collect — identifiers such as name and email, professional information, commercial information about projects, and internet activity such as pages viewed — the sources they come from, the business purposes above, and the categories of provider we disclose them to. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sharing. You can use an authorised agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
EU and UK complaints
If you are in the EU or UK and you think we have handled your information badly, please tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority, or to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers are largely US-based, so information you send us is processed in the United States. Where we receive personal information from the EU or UK we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, in our contracts with providers.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to enquiry and client records to the people at CAP who need it. No website or company can promise perfect security, and we do not. If a breach affects your personal information and the law requires us to tell you, we will.
Children
This site is aimed at design, real-estate and corporate professionals. It is not directed to children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and if we learn that we have we will delete it.
Artists and collection imagery
Artwork images on this site are published with the rights we hold in them, and the underlying works remain the property of their artists and rights holders. If you are an artist or rights holder and you want an image or an attribution changed or removed, email hello@creativeartpartners.com and we will deal with it directly.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change, and the effective date above will change with it. If a change is significant we will make that clear rather than leaving you to spot it.
