Over 400 Artworks Across Eight Floors. A Workspace Art Program Like No Other.

CAP curated over 400 artworks across eight floors of WME's Beverly Hills HQ with Gensler, a program so successful it expanded to WME's New York and London offices.

How Creative Art Partners Built One of the Largest Corporate Art Rental Programs in the Country for WME's Beverly Hills Headquarters

WME discovered Creative Art Partners after touring their client Kevin Hart's offices at Hartbeat, where CAP had curated the workspace art program. That visit led to a conversation, and the conversation became one of the most ambitious office art programs in the country. Working alongside Gensler on a four-year headquarters renovation in Beverly Hills, CAP was brought in to curate a rotating art rental collection that matched the energy and ambition of one of the world's most important entertainment companies. In Brian Ludlow's words: "Our goal was, how do we put together a collection as creative as the amazing talent that WME represents?"

The result is over 400 original artworks across eight floors, with each floor curated to the creative focus of the teams who work there, from sports to film and television. The collection features a rotating mix of contemporary paintings, photography, and sculptural works by artists including Petra Cortright and Spencer Lewis, with a strong mix of Los Angeles-based and international artists. Every piece was selected to inspire creativity and reinforce identity without overpowering the architecture. Gensler Design Director Brian W Berry described the collaboration: "Working with CAP created a uniquely dynamic workplace which allows staff to discover and enjoy selected artworks throughout the environment. The space stimulates creative expression and innovative thinking in ways that architecture alone isn't able to invoke."

The success of the Beverly Hills headquarters led directly to CAP being brought on to provide workspace art programs for WME's New York and London offices. But the most meaningful measure of the program's impact has come from inside the building. Team members at every level, from interns to senior leadership, have shared how the art has changed the way they experience the office every day. It's become part of the culture of the building, something people notice, talk about, and take pride in. Jessica Calise of WME Group put it simply: "Working with Creative Art Partners gave WME access to an amazing collection of contemporary art in a flexible way. It made the space feel more inspiring and connected to WME's culture." Three offices, three cities, one art partner. That's the program working as designed.
