Anderson Towers

Anderson Towers is a two-building Class A office campus at 1800 and 1900 Avenue of the Stars in Century City, Los Angeles. The towers date from 1968 and 1970 and are owned and managed by Anderson Real Estate, a family-owned company that acquired the property in 1983. A $100 million renovation by Montalba Architects added five acres of landscaped outdoor space, and Ares Management is the anchor tenant.
